The two nights only event gives fans and diners the opportunity to get up close with Kristen Kish, winner of popular and much coveted US TV culinary competition Top Chef in 2012 and now the host of Travel Channel show inspired by New York Times, 36 Hours.
Up Close with Kristen Kish will showcase some of Kish’s specialties such as Slow Cooked Beef Brisket, Sweet Peach Olive Oil Cake and Brown Butter Pistachio Financier. These are served alongside Wildfire Burgers’ favorites such as Sriracha Chicken Sliders, Perigord Slider, Smoky Chipotle Slider and Yuzu Kosho Ebi. One of the world’s most popular bourbons, Maker’s Mark Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, also gets in on the act – some of the evening’s dishes will be laced with the bourbon and guests can look forward to sipping on Maker’s Mark cocktails during the event.
