Every dish is uniquely prepared by Executive Chef Ng Wai Tong to capture the authentic flavours of the famed Cantonese cuisine, reputed amongst Wah Lok’s many loyal followers.

Aside from delicacies of Dim Sum, the exotic main menu features a superior selection of signature dishes with an emphasis on finest, fresh, live seafood such as Alaskan Crab, Australian King Crab, Live Abalone, live Sea Whelk, premium Shark’s Fins dishes, Leopard Coral Trout (Tung Sing Pan) and Green Wrasse. The Chef’s Specialties include Chilled Foie Gras & Whole Abalone, Braised Shark’s Fin Wrapped with Egg White in Red Carrot Soup and Pan-fried Hokkaido Scallops with Golden Sauce.

The Ambience
Inspired by the welcoming nature of a Chinese courtyard, the restaurant’s main dining spaces are designed for guests to experience a twist to this concept of modern Chinese tradition. High-polished marble, matte-finish stone wall, dark-lacquered arches, stucco-painted screen panels and polished brass metal accents are juxtaposed to create a stylish ambience with a controlled dramatic dining setup for communal celebration.
Wah Lok also offers a grand, private dining space for up to 80 guests at its main Rotunda area, with a contemporary design and flexible ambience to host medium-size business gatherings or family celebrations.
